That's where I come in.
I'm based here in Madeira and I help visitors get things sorted, from the simple stuff to the things that take a little more organising.
You don't need to know exactly what you need or have it all figured out. Just tell me what's on your mind and I'll see what I can do.

Looking for somewhere great to eat? I can help with restaurant bookings, private chefs, special dinners and finding somewhere that works for your group. And if you've already got somewhere in mind, I can help with that too.

Travelling with children can mean a whole extra list of things to think about. From activities and childcare to family-friendly restaurants, days out and those little things that make a family holiday run more smoothly.

Want to get out and see more of the island?
I can arrange all sorts of things — boat days, hikes, guides, mountain trips, time on the water, food, wine and plenty of things you probably won't find by doing a quick Google search.
I have my go-to people on the island, and I like to put my own spin on what they do. Maybe it's changing the route, adding a stop, finding somewhere for lunch that you wouldn't have found yourself, or bringing a few things together to make a really good day of it.

WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG
Sometimes it's not about planning anything exciting.
A delivery hasn't arrived. Something needs fixing. Your plans have changed. You need someone to make a phone call. You have no idea who to contact.
Sometimes you just need someone on the island who can sort it.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO KNOW WHAT TO ASK FOR
This is probably the most important part.
You don't need to come to me with a perfectly worded request. You can literally say:
“Kellie, we're coming to Madeira for two weeks with the kids and I need some help getting everything organised.”
Or:
“We've got a house here and something needs sorting while we're away.”
Or simply:
“I have absolutely no idea if you can help with this, but...”
Ask.
If it's something I can help with, I'll tell you. If it's not, I'll point you in the right direction.

WE'LL AGREE EVERYTHING BEFORE I GET STARTED
There isn't a set price because every request is different. Some things take five minutes. Some take considerably more time and organisation.
I'll let you know what it will cost before we go ahead.
Anything that needs to be paid for separately — such as restaurants, drivers, suppliers, tickets or purchases — will be made clear to you too.
EVERYTHING IS PROPERLY INVOICED
This is my business, so everything is handled properly and invoiced. You'll receive an invoice for anything I charge you for, along with clear details of any additional costs.
No awkward cash arrangements. No wondering what you're being charged for. Just clear, straightforward pricing from the start.
MADEIRA IS HOME FOR ME
I've lived in Madeira for many years and have spent a lot of time organising things for other people — from hospitality and events to private clients and families.
I know the island, I know how things work here and, perhaps most importantly, I know that sometimes getting something done in Madeira isn't quite as straightforward as it should be.
