The dress edit - a return
A quiet glimpse of what’s unfolding.
There are parts of us that never really go away.
Long before Madeira in Style, before hospitality and travel became the focus, fashion was my world. Through Fashsquad in Qatar, I spent years immersed in it, collaborating, writing, creating, and building a platform that connected me to women across the region.
Eventually, that love evolved into something more tangible. I created my own brand, Let’s Twin, handmade occasion wear designed for mothers and daughters. It launched here in Madeira and quickly became one of the most personal projects I’ve ever built. Seeing women wear something I had imagined and brought to life meant more than I can properly explain.
Over time, living on an island made certain things harder. Sourcing the right fabrics became increasingly limited, and I wasn’t willing to compromise on quality or detail. When you care deeply about materials, you can’t simply replace them with something “good enough.”
So I chose to pause it.
But I never stopped loving clothes, imagining them, studying them, quietly building looks in my head.
I’ve always loved fabrics: the weight of them, the way they fall, the quiet confidence they give.
Introducing the dress edit feels less like starting something new and more like returning to something that has always been part of me.
This is not a collection built for volume. It’s a small, carefully chosen edit, island-inspired pieces created by designers across Portugal and Spain, selected in limited numbers and designed for gorgeous slow mornings, long lunches and golden island evenings.
It isn’t separate from the stays. It’s part of the same way of living here, thoughtful, considered and personal.
The dress edit launches in early April. The collection will be available here shortly.
I’ve always believed that where you are matters, but what you wear while you’re there matters too…
