Why me?
I've spent around 20 years working in hospitality, events and guest experience, which basically means I've spent a very long time making sure other people have a good time, while quietly sorting out everything happening behind the scene
I´m used to complicated requests, busy families, private clients, last-minute changes and the occasional ´´Can you possibly…?´´
And living in Madeira for years means I´ve built up something that you can´t really Google: knowing who to call, who to trust and who actually gets things done.
I know the combination of experience, local knowledge and knowing how to handle people is what makes me good at what I do.
